Hi Mike,
You are asking EXACTLY the right kinds of questions in your response - in fact the same questions that I have spent years both asking and answering myself. I don't have time to go through them all but if you take a look at this document, it should answer some of them for you - https://ihoearth.com/documents/International%20Humanitarian%20Organisation%20-%20Framework%20and%20Recommendations.pdf
I can assure you that I am a 100% pragmatist and by no means a dreamer. I have no interest in wasting my time on a fools errand - but then again, I am also of the view that encouraging humanity to 'work together for its common good' is fundamentally the most important and beneficial decision that it can ever make. It would fix every major problem in the world today!
So regardless of the outcome, it is still the RIGHT thing to do and I cannot genuinely think of a more worthwhile practical purpose to life anyway.
There is a very carefully thought-out and psychologically sound methodology behind the approach that is being taken to help implement this global change in the world. However, the greatest challenge at the moment is the simple time that it takes to put together the relevant professional material - Videos and similar educational tools - which is needed at this stage to clarify the idea of a GLOBAL Model and answer the kinds of questions that you are asking.
I work F/T and have family commitments as well, so time is of the essence. Stay in touch Mike. We seem to be very much on the same page and it's always good to meet people on a similar wavelength.
Cheers!
